Our research has revealed that merit and skill is often hindered by flawed talent hunt approaches and archaic methodologies. Exigencies at upper level and non-emphasis on merit and excellence at the lower tiers results in chronic failure of organizations and departments to deliver according to potential and investment made on their human resource.
